School... just like that old depressing phrase that you're too tired to look up. If there was anything that was close to an experiment in eugenics, it would be school... The origins of forced schooling are profoundly disturbing. Go look them up, they aren't that hard to find, anyway. School started today. UGH on a Friday, too. Which was extensively weird. ARGH!

I'm not dead

0 min read
Well, the important thing to tell you is the obvious: I'm not dead. I loved the look on my aunt's face yesterday when I said that New York might be a cool place to be one day. She immeadiately went almost comatose and tried to convince me that weird people live in New York. My cousin chimed in the same way. His girlfriend, however, cut him off, when he said that these people are "stranger than him". "You just like to think that you're strange", she said. I'm already beginning to like Adrian.

Dude! Haven't heard from you in forever. Hope you are still alive!
read the gospel of thomas:

and jesus said:
when you make the two into one, and when you make the inner like the outer and the outer the inner, and the upper the lower, and when you make male and female into a single one, so that male will not be male and female will not be female, when you make eyes in the place of an eye, a hand in place of a hand, a foot in place of a foot, an image in place of an image, then you will enter the fathers domain.
By the way...how is school treating you? I know it's kicking my booty...it has sucked all the creative energy out of me. Except for that one poem I wrote the other day about plate tectonics...gawd.
I still write. It's just the mind-numbing process of being a senior. I've submitted my stuff to the literary magazine, of course. But I've not had people personally come up to me and tell me that my writing is cool or awesome, so this is a self-esteem booster for me.
Keep pluggin along. It is SO hard to get motivated your senior year... Am I ever glad that that is over.;) At least you are keeping up with your writing. I seem to be going through a rather dry spell...of course, school takes up a large portion of my time. But I suppose that is no excuse. I just can't seem to get inspired... and when I DO get inspired what I write is either angry or just plain juvenile. *SIGH* Curse the emotionally/physically draning school days...
I hear you loud and clear

Homecoming is very draining on my soul... and I have to clean the house!
Wow thankyou for the :+fav: on 'Bjork'. x
